Multiple File Upload using Silverlight

Hi,
The requirement is:
The user will select a number of files from his computer and these file names get added to some list on the Silverlight. Then he clicks on the UPLOAD button. At that point all the files would be uploaded as a background process and the user could continue using the application.
I am using AspNet and Silverlight 4. Still a relative newbie - Is this possible?

Dear sir i want that user can upload 5-6 photo at time then all image go to quenue and he does not wait for uploading completion he is also able to upload contiune new files. and also do same process.
