how will you maintain session between http and https

i am developing an e-commerce application and using paypal for payment.paypal is working under HTTPS Protocol and my application is HTTP.iam losting session when returning from paypal for first time only.second and next time iam getting my session values.please any help would be appreciated.

Solution 1

Session state should be maintained between http and https session state can be lost (app recycles for inProc mode for example) -
