DON'T SHOUT! Typing in upper cases only is generally considered as shouting and rude on the internet. It's not going to help you get an answer. Fixed it for you this time.

What error does the installation give you?

Not enough information.

IT IS SHOWING SYSTEM UPDATE REQUIRED AND THE ERROR IS "UNABLE TO INSTALL THE APPLICATION. THE APPLICATION REQUIRED THAT ASSEMBLY OFFICE VERSION 12.0.0.0 BE INSTALLED IN THE GLOBAL ASSEMBLY CACHY(GAC) FIRST"

Requirements is probably not your problem. But, without knowing what the exact error message is it's impossible for anyone to tell you anything useful.

You didn't install the Office Primary Interop Assemblies. I think you're using Office 2007, so get them from http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=18346
i have included the dll files what i used in the project and made to copy to local.

like

stdole.dll
micrisoft.office.interop.excle.dll
oraOLEDB 1.0 type library.dll

and made copy local so that other computer can use the references

That is a HORRIBLE idea. Do NOT do that. At least one of the files you are copying will only work on the version of Windows YOU are running. It will not work on other versions, nor will it play nice if it is ever replaced by a hotfix or service pack.

Do it the right way and install the assemblies from the redistributable pack.
