Yes!

Now? Last week we already directed you about how to convert any video file in Mpeg format. Did you tried that?

Here is a new link for you:
Video File Saving in Windows Media Video Format for the DirectX.Capture Class Library[^]

You need add a new class to it to convert it into MPEG using respective encoder/decoder.
