problem with datalist and gridview

My name is maheswar rao..........

I am using datalist control to display Image and description....

i have 4 images in datalist control and gridview.out of four images one is very biggerone image......while displaying image ...one image is exending the my page..
going out of page.i have to scroll to see that image..

pls can any one help me.how to fix this problem.how can i set the size of image in gridview and datalist control........plsssssssssss help ..............
