I removed your next question as re-post. Please use "Improve question" above and make it all more clear. You also need to clarify what do you need to access as internet and what on intranet.

1 solution

I would not recommend doing so. The recommended way is just the opposite: physical isolation of Internet and Intranet. Even though what you want is theoretically possible, you can make a tiny mistake and accidentally expose some company internals to the global Internet.

I can give you some ideas from my recent experience. I decided to setup a development server for the company and make it in-house. It served local network and also one of the Web subdomains of our company's domain in the Internet. I purchased the Linux server with two network adapters: one connected to the Internet only, another to the local network only. I setup HTTP site for local network and HTTP + HTTPS for global Internet (as the development team is international).

One HTTP server serves up both ways, but the resource do not intercept. They logically look as separate virtual hosts. All of them are also isolated form other company's subdomains, which are all public and are hosted separately, with the hosting provider. At the same time, it's possible to share some resources on top of this totally isolated solution.
