Public IP Issue in ASP.NET

Hi,

I have added my web application in IIS 7.0. Now its working fine in Local IP (192.168.1.8)

But i need to make it work in Public IP(122.XXX.XX.XXX). While Ping this IP from external network, its ping well with 0% Loss. But while run my application with "122.XXX.XX.XXX/XXX/xxx.aspx" its not working.

But some times while try with my IPhone through mobile web its works fine.

What should i do, to make it work from Public IP ?

If its working intermittently, there must be some error message that can get you started. Have you tried looking at the Event viewer of your web server?
