I wanna know how can i change the input language with c# codes?

For example from English to Persian(en->fa)

Is it a keyboard input language (something you switch in the system toolbar), or just culture?

Useful, good to know, but this is only for Forms. I do not recommend to answer before you OP tags the UI library and provide all relevant information to avoid ambiguity.
