Implement image viewer like Window Image viewer in asp.net

I make a image uploader in silver light. In which image are save in database as a binary format. Now i resize image size when databinding time in datalist and i want that user when click on particular image then image view in a popup and user can rotate, zoom in, zoom out the image in a popup window on client side. ~~Please Help me its urgent.~~
If any option to make image viewer in asp.net like window image viewer.
plz help its urgent.

Dear I already see this example. but in this example i cannot zoomin zoom out and rorate the image. so plz help me if you have and other example.
