Hi I want play a sound file by buffering like windowa media player whem play a sound file in web.How i do it?read some byte from file and buffer then play it?

Your question is not clear. Please specify platform and also provide more details.

I think he means .NET 4 & WinForms UI.

No, you should not think of anything until OP explicitly specify it.
Please see my suggestion to all experts below. I put this post on several questions already. Why making our answering harder than it has to be. Let them specify things properly or ignore.

There are different "sound files". What do you mean, exactly?

Also, tag you UI library: WPF, Forms, ASP.NET, what? And the application type.

A suggestion to all experts:

We should stop attempting to answer any questions if OP does not properly specify type of application, UI library and other relevant detail which would exclude this kind of confusion. All type mentioned in the question should be written in fully-qualified form. We should request it and only answer when OP comply. Multiple failures to specify such detail became a curse of this forum.
