I am getting fieldvalue from html file using PHP.It contains special chracters.Its Coming correctly.But it can't store into database exactly.It stores before the special characters.

Not clear and not enough information. What do you call "special characters"? (Yes, it an be a problem.) Any code sample? How is this related to database?
