Php/JSON ERROR, value doesnt display

Hi,

I have a Ajax Controller function, a Model and a View Page

Im using FireBug to check the values that are beign returned , the value returned is correct, but now the only problem I have is that I cant print the value to the screen. thats all,Its printing "undefined " Message instead of the actual field value.
