How do I assign values from listbox to a datagridview column which has a listbox control in the grid?

Did you mean DataGridViewComboBoxColumn , column that contains ComboBox ?
I ask this beacouse ListBox type of column do not exist in my C#.

i have taken newdatagridview with listbox control.when i click on column of datagridview the listbox will com from tha listbox the selected item should assign to datagridview column..........but at present when i select value from listbox system.data.datarow is assigning to the datagridvoew column....... any solution please
