This isn't possible my friend unless you use the Inspect Element web tool of Google Chrome :)

when i open such as this link, forums tab showing on left code project page

how can i view forum,topic,... on left page ,when i am on home page?

that is not possible. Maybe CodeProjects' developers really intended to place that Forum section menu into the left for easy viewing. In home page, it is not possible.
