Hi I have been doing an internship for the last 6 months for no pay, I work in a company and I'm coding in c# and vb every day, I have 3 months left here and I think they are gonna offer me a job but I am just wondering does anyone have any advice on any microsoft exams to take which will enhance my prospects of getting a better salary when I go full-time.

I suggest you take the first exam for Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist. There are several categories available there. Here is the link, check it out.

As well as what others have suggested, I would also advise that experience is a key requirement.
The fact that you are currently working on projects and showing your ability will also enhance your prospects.

Keep working, keep gaining experience and keep learning, even if it is only 'self-taught' on technologies or techniques that will aid you.

70-511 - Window application .net 4.0
or
70-515 - web application .net 4.0

both are good for first certification.

Since .NET 4.0 is the latest framework, you should appear for 70-515 web based development in .NET 4.0
