For starters, you should make any article related comments at the bottom of the article in question.
Secondly, you won't be able to directly download your zip to the site unless you are the author of the article. If you want to make your zip available to others, upload the file to a file hosting service and place the link in your comment that is properly placed on the article's page.

In addition to what Marcus advised, you can make a derivative work and publish it here on CodeProject in the separate article giving all appropriate credits with clear attribution of original work. Contact the author of the article.

Also, please don't ask such questions without exact link to the original article and other relevant URLс. Always use <a href...> in your post.
