I reinstall VS2010 but this error is not disappear

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe /resetuserdata it is not help too

that's not a clear error message: please show us exactly what appears on your screen, and tell us exactly when you see what appears: are you saying you can't even start Visual Studio ?

Solution 2

I looks like your M: drive is no longer there, or the wrong disk (real or virtual) is in it, or the files are corrupt.
Check the VS installation disk is there and that it reads ok.
If it is and does, restart your PC and try again.
