Import HTML navbar from Fireworks?

Hello,

Does anyone know if it is possible to import a navbar created in Fireworks as you would if using Dreamweaver?

I have tried copying the html and pasting it in to VS2010, but when I run the application, there is a big delay on the rollover buttons.

Thanks for the reply, I worked out the issue. The problem was the image locations, for some reason they were not being included in the project which was causing the nav bar toload incorrectly.
