Create a English to Hindi Dictionary

Dear Friends,
I want to create a Dictionary i.e. from English to Hindi in a Windows Application and also Offline. Database would be in text file. The meaning of the word should be displayed in Hindi.

Can anybody please help ?

Which help do you mean ? I can't translate english words to hindi IF that's what you mean .. nor can i give you a complete solution for your problem, because after all it's you who's supposed to do the work aren't you? So what help do you expect ? Problems in your code maybe ? Well i could look at that.
