How can i de-execute a .exe software ? where i get simple c programing software for develope/editable?

I am new in programming c. My friend said that (.exe )software are ed-executable but i don not know how it possible. Please say me "is it true if true how?" N.B: Actually a need some raw code /program which will build my knowledge .

I think he means reverse engineer. So he can edit executables.

No it is not possible (in this case). If you want to learn programming then start with a good book.

You you are looking for a place to "get" simple C programming software, relax about being an expert: you are not taking a road to get there at all. Just relax.
