In the windows platform, how to use C # limit the compiled application's start or run permissions.For example, only to get my license before it could run the program, or not to run. Equivalent to encrypt the compiled application .thanks.

If you want the application to not run unless a valid license has been supplied, then write it that way. There is no magic to it. At application startup check the license by whatever means you have used.
