We want someone to teach us Visual C++ via Internet everytime he can, but only Friday, Saturday and Sunday, since we are students and have to go and study for our school. You can contact me by sending me a private message on my email: [DELETED]@yahoo.gr

Never post your email address in any forum, unless you really like spam! If anyone replies to you, you will receive an email to let you know.

Though not directly answering your question, this is a great collection of C++ books and free sources (including free university courses)- "The Definitive C++ Book Guide and List":http://stackoverflow.com/questions/388242/the-definitive-c-book-guide-and-list. Try to follow recommendations given there.

Nobody here can teach you C++ effectively: that is not what this site is about. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but unfortunately we do not get paid for this, so it is done in spare time when we aren't trying to earn a living!

Besides, we are not teachers, or technical authors either (with a few exceptions) so we probably wouldn't do a very good job!

The best advice I can give you is to either sign up for a course, or buy a book, and work though it, cover to cover, doing all the exercises. Just avoid any book with multiple "!" characters, or the words "for Dummys" or "in N days" where N is any number at all.

Your local library can probably help (good books are not cheap, unfortunately neither are crap ones).

Good luck!

Good advice, especially that rule-of-thumb method of evaluation of books!

wrong question in wrong site.

But for your answer, Please google for books on C++. There are plenty of good books available on internet. You may get the PDF copy for free. Go for that book. Read thoroughly, practice more than you read and i am sure you'll be successful. But remember one thing, PRACTICE more than YOU READ....

Good Luck!
