Save a Editable PDF form data to SQL database

I am trying to retrieve data to editable PDF forms using Iframes and save the data back to SQL server.

Here I was able to retrieve the data and populate in the editable fields but not able to save the data.

Any suggestion or sample would be greatly appreciated.

What specifically are you having a problem with? And what exactly are you trying to save to a database? A filled out PDF form? Edit your question to provide further information.
