save client end scanned document at server side. (Web TWAIN)

How to Scan Client end document and upload it directly to server?
do not have it at client side and i do not wish to install any exe or add-on at client end.
share experiences or ideas please.

Thanks Mehdi for web URL. even using dynamic soft we need to install a plugin at user end. can we have any solution to not to install any thing at client end and we achieve this functionality as well?

As far as I know the answer is no, as there is no way to control client side hardware through a browser without a intermediary ( for obvious security reasons).
