Solution 1

You need to post this on the Sugs&Bugs forum[^] - Only the Admins can delete articles AFAIK, and they read every message there.

Solution 2

Easy enough...

If it is an incomplete article, just use the delete button on the top right of the Article's Page.
If it is complete and published, just go to the Site Bugs and Suggestions Forum.
Tell the Hamsters, they will delete it for you.
