help for home automation system project with android

i really need help with my final year project.i am running out of time and i have to present something.anybody with any form of help should come to my aid now.please save a brother now.proposals,books to read, just anything related to the project.thanks a lot.i need responses as quick as possible.
i want to use this month to gather info on how the whole thing really works.for now i am polishing my android programming.i need more help on the electronic aspect than the programming aspect.

How do you expect us to help you? You haven't stated what you've actually done, what you already know an so on. So unless you click that magic "Improve question" link and provide a lot more information then the best suggestion you can get is: drop out.

BOOM! there we go, this was exactly what I was fearing, sooner or later someone would drop "do-my-project-for-me" bomb on a Question-Answer page on CP. People think that this section is a one stop shop for ready made code for the most vague and broadest of questions. Don't mean to be critical, but even back when internet wasn't easily accessible, I knew how to Google and build up some ground work and try to solve my own problem to bring it to a level where I can ask specific questions. But some people just don't get it... My 5...

User do not know how to correctly define their problem and programmers try to solve the problem they think the user has which never is. Get used to it, sir_desmond. Start by defining the problem.
