Is this possible to view the inbox messages in front end application?

I am using C# as a Front end, I want to read email inbox messages using SMTP and show it into richtextbox or other then else.. if any other way also accept... please help me..

tell me from where you want to read message either Outlook or direct links like hotmail, yahoo etc
