Hanging my application for first time installation

Hi,

I am developing one desktop application in .net.
It has online activation for first time. While installation for first time after passing activation key it is crashing.
After re opening it once again, it is working fine.
can some tell me why it is happening.
Please i need this very badly.

How could anyone tell you what is happening if you're not providing the slightest information about your implementation or confioguration?

Solution 1

* Create a log when installing and determine the problem
* Review the event viewer also when crashing
