Administrator able to give access OR remove access in web app

Hi Friends,

I am facing a typical task. I.e. In web application, administrator able to give access OR remove access of some features in that app to roles like employee/supervisors/coordinates.. . Something like accounting packages. Please anyone help a sample web app.
