Delete duplicate record in a Table

I have a Table name "fileupload" having some 4000 records.There are 2 column("uploadcount","createcount") without primary key.

ALL are duplicate.
I want to delete all records except first / I want to keep only one record and delete rest.

can anybody suggest sql query for that ?
