Pass value between two form in vb.net on form closed

Hi.. Friends I have two forms I know how to pass value when we show Form2 on Form1's button click i have different problem suppose I show the Form2 on Button Click of Form1 and I i select EmpId on Form2 now I close the Form2 and I have to show the EmpId on Form1 how can I achieve it. Please help me if anybody knows the answer, I'm very confused.

I'm sorry but I've read your question and my answer is answering your question. And As Prerak has pointed out you've recieved the same correct answer in your original post aswell..
