How to Create API for website

Hi All,

I have to create API through which I have to give access Information of my website to user ,Also if he change in information then these modification also have to save my database.

I confused from where should I start. Please help me out.

Maybe you want to write a Web Service, It is not called as API.
Google Web Service, you will find the answer yourself...
