I need to develop an on line mock test web application in asp.net using c#.
Please suggest how and from where should I start with. My requirements are:

1. Two users: Admin and user
2. admin may feed in different types of papers like aptitude, reasoning, programming languages etc...
3. User may have free membership as well as paid membership also
4. test will be a timed test of say 30 minutes or more

You planed well, First collect samples then do simple test or exam application then only you some thing and get some idea.
