Now my problem is, i have an Single Printer which is connected by USB with one of the PC containing XP OS installed. Now i want to share this Printer on each and every PC's connected on the same LAN.

Also, i have installed "PRINTER DRIVER" on each machines.
But while i try to connected with other PC, its not detect my Printer on the LAN. while i tried to browse the Printer Connected PC and select Printer it says

How to connect with Printer in LAN??

Looks like you need to re-install the driver on the PC which is physically connected to it. Then right click the printer in "Printers and Faxes" and select "Sharing..." Follow the instructions from there.

Then try to add it as a new printer on the other machines.
