Application files do not move to program files on client computer after installation of windows form application.

hello programmers..
i've just deploy a windows application and when i install application on client computer.. files are remaining in the media(PD), the main problem is this i have a .bak file included with my application and what i want to do is to restore on client comp but i m unable to find that bak file there....
please help me out...

Solution 1

Your installer has to be told to copy the file, it wont just copy every in the folder it is located in.
That's the best answer I can give you, without knowing whether you've written your own installer or using a 3rd party intaller, like InstallShield.

What installer are you using? your own? 3rd party (which one)?
