How to upload viedo into a specific topic or search in asp.net page

hii all
i have apage and after some searches on the page , i retured some result . for each result , i want to store aviedo which indicate its details.
an anyone tell me how to do that in asp.net page and store its data in to the database???????????

Any Suggestions?????
