How to integrate Dictionary with C# application

Is there way i can integrate a dictionary of some sort to my C# application programatically. I actually want to create an application which accepts an input of jumbled letters and searches for the possible words that can be formed with the letters. Somebody please help..

The article I provided can already do that, if a programmer has the drive and skills to make the required changes to the interface.
