Implementing E-notebook in ASP.NET

I need to implement an E-notebook in my asp.net application the features that I need are Editing rights to be restricted and there should be an edit trail in that e-book i.e. there should be marking for each editing in the e-book just like microsoft word. Can any one guide for a head start. Are there any plugins available in the market that can help in quick accomplishment of the task.

What problems do you face in particular? Why do you thing you need any plug-ins? No one can guide you without understanding of your level of experience and particular problems; it also can be beyond the format of CodeProject Questions & Answers.

I am new to codeproject so didnt knew the format for question posting, I apologize for that. Back to the question, I basically need my asp application to have a word like editor that can track changes in the original text and can simply mark the change instead of saving the new text. In addition to this I want my text to be exported to word format. Google Docs and microsoft is providing this feature in web environment. I wanted to know if there are some tools available to achieve this task.
