website publish error

i have designing website suceessfull..i have publish the website...all files copy the
c:inetbub\wwwroot ok and then goto i have open the inetmgr in run command ok
my website r browse ok but Not response... No error display but Not response
should i change any method

please help me

Any error appear when you browse to your website ?
I mean HTTP error or ASP.Net error ?
