Oops....Kannada is not in the supported languages for SSRS
Solution Design Considerations for Multi-Lingual or Global Deployments (Reporting Services)[^]

But alternatively a dirty way there. Use images for label things, header,...except database values. Or you need to go with other reports(Crystal reports).
