Com component and com objects

Hi All,

I am bit confused among these below terms:

Com Component
Com Object
Com Server
Com Library

As per my understanding, com component is a dll exposing functionality of com objects as per interface standard.

Com Server is same as com component having com object ClassFactory..right?

what is com library then?

Please validate my understanding.

This is not a good way of getting knowledge. The issue is not these terms but how they work. The terms are sometimes purely casuistic and don't catch the essence of things. And COM is hard explain in a quick answer. I suggest you read a good book on COM which could be quite enlightening.
