Well, a wall clock, goes on the wall. So, you can either buy a clock mechanism and just make the face, or you can go to Switzerland, and learn the fine art of clockmaking. I'm not sure why you think anyone here can help with that. I assume if you meant how to write a program, you'd tell us the language you wanted to use, even if you were so rude as to not do any work and expect us to do it all for you.
