Whenever i open any Application and login i get : The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written"

This is happening only on one machine..
When i try opening those sites(few of them hosted on same machine)through IIS 6.0 on same machine , i get one error message .. Ultimately if i select "Don't send" IIS also closes.

Hi Sharath, there is not enough information in this question for anyone to help you. Is this development related? Any application? Like Notepad, or calc? Your apps? VS? After you build? Deploy? Please try to fill in some details and we'll try to help. Cheers.

Actually am talking about .net Applications(sites). For which i am Supporting.

Whenever i open these application through IE, it opens successfully. But, when i try to login (aftr i enter username & Pswd) on Submit i get an Alert Box Saying "The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written" "
Click ok to terminate or Cancel to Debug.

OK, repeating the same thing doesn't help. We have absolutely no information about your app, what it's doing overall, what's it doing when it crashes, what components it's using, any P/Invoke calls being made, ... Without any of these details, it's is impossible to tell you what's going wrong.
