i think no need of refresh again just call your bind method after your all work complete..
i think it will solve ur problem..
you can refreash your page several ways..
response.redirect("your current pagename");
from javascript you can refresh it also..

even itz call 100 times itz doesent work

Solution 1

After GridView performs the action write response.redirect in the same method.
