Sorry for confusing you. I hope I did not scare you too much. :-)

This English tense means that I was asking about a process of getting you "banned by Google" which was presumably completed in the past. Of course, this was only ironic. I'm sure C Pallini only responded humorously.

Actually, this is a known sub-cultural meme of the Internet chats which means that finding the answer using Google would be easier than asking your question.

By the way, in this case it is true. This question is very popular; and the answer is easy to find.
