How to disable content of a webpage

There is a webpage www.example.com/example.html
When I load this webpage, internet explorer will load advertisment to the same page from some links like ad.b.com/ads/ad001..

From the html source I found the ad is in this session

<div> class="sider-flash-show" sizcache="4" sizset="114"
............ad.b.com/ads/ad001....

</div>

So my question is how can I disable above content?
