error at webservice creation

Hi All,

i have created a web service. that is running fine on my localhost:xxxx .but not running on another system (i have given IP with port no like 192.xxx.x.xx:1206).

i want to use that web service so i have using that url and given to the browser. displaying msg is 111 connection refused

Please help me.

When you say "not running on another system" what do you mean? Use the "Improve question" widget to describe in more detail.

Have you given the reference of that webservice dll file or not???

Solution 2

You might have hardcoded the URL to the webservice (in your proxy or source code).
Make sure this is not the case.
