When I write persian language in C# text box after save it shows ? in datagdv

I have completed creating an application. Now I want to write a different language into the textbox in C# WPF whenever I save the data, it shows ????? not in Persian language. The databases is in MySQL. It is correct in database but in C# WPF, it shows like ?????
Please help me and guide me in this regard.

There's a secret error somewhere in your secret code. You need to fix that.

Seriously, how do you expect anyone to help you when we can't see any of your code? And based on what you've posted here, you've tried nothing to diagnose the problem.
