How to code a program that identify the range, mask, broadcast and type of the class of an ip address?

I don't know how to calculate the IP address
ex: 192.168.1.0
like that one above I don't know how to set the range to any IP address I want so I can identify the mask or the class of it

in summary .. i need to code a program that if i give it any ip address it will give his range, mask ,broadcast..

What I have tried:

I have tried on c++ and python but don't know how to code the program to identify any IP address
