C# COM Components to access from C++ / Java

Could anybody please give best samples to execute " System.Runtime.InteropServices ".

I am in confusion to make COM DLL from C#. Please.

What's the use? Explain what you want to achieve and what's done so far? Start reading MSDN, the samples will come later.

My client knows VC++ very well. He recommended to improve the C# assembly solution with backward compatibility. So, I have no other options.
